Are background checks FCRA compliant?+
Yes. Consumer Reports are provided by Checkr® Inc., a registered Consumer Reporting Agency. Employers must follow Disclosure & Authorization, pre-adverse-action, and adverse-action steps as described in our Terms.
Do you take a cut of caregiver wages?+
Never. Families and caregivers agree on wages directly. Flat subscription only — no percentage cuts, no referral commissions.
Can I get a refund on annual plans?+
Unused months on quarterly/annual plans are prorated on request, per our FAQ policy. Background checks, payroll filings, and Glasses rentals are non-refundable after fulfillment.
