1. Disclosure Required by 820 ILCS 42/

Before any Illinois resident is presented with the Callme AI interview flow, we explicitly disclose the following, as required by the Illinois Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act (820 ILCS 42/, enacted via HB3721):

  1. An AI system will be used to evaluate the interview.
  2. The 5 scoring dimensions and their general weighting: Safety (30%), Technical (20%), Communication (20%), Problem-Solving (15%), Reliability (15%).
  3. The approximate duration of the interview: 8–12 minutes, consisting of 8 main questions.
  4. That audio recordings and transcripts are retained for 36 months unless the candidate requests earlier deletion.
  5. The candidate's right to request human review of the interview and the email address to make that request.

2. No Facial Biometric Analysis

Callme AI does NOT perform facial biometric analysis, facial-expression recognition, or any form of faceprint collection. Scoring evaluates speech content, answer completeness, and textual reasoning only. This is consistent with BIPA (Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14/) requirements.

3. Consent & Authorization

Before the interview begins, the candidate must:

  • Read the AI interview disclosure (presented on screen).

  • The consent timestamp is recorded and stored with the interview record.

If the candidate does not consent, they may proceed with a human-only interview (no AI scoring). Non-consent does not affect the candidate's application.
